French Onion Soup
Slow-cooked onions, caramelised to perfection, simmered in a rich duck broth with a splash of brandy. Finished with a toasted baguette slice and golden, melted Gruyère cheese. A warming, chef-prepared classic full of deep flavour and comfort.
Coq au Vin
Free range Milawa chicken braised in white wine with mushrooms , onion, carrots. Flavoured with garlic, thyme, and bay leaves. Served with the braising sauce.

Thinly sliced potatoes baked in cream and garlic. Topped with a golden, bubbly cheese crust.
2. Haricots Verts Almondine
French green beans sauteed with butter and slivered almonds,
