French Onion Soup
Slow-cooked onions caramelised to perfection and simmered in a rich duck broth with a splash of brandy, Topped with a toasted baguette slice and melted Gruyere cheese.
Coq au Vin
Free range Milawa chicken braised in white wine with mushrooms , onion, carrots. Flavoured with garlic, thyme, and bay leaves. Served with the braising sauce.
1. Potato Gratin (Gratin Dauphinois)
Thinly sliced potatoes baked in cream and garlic. Topped with a golden, bubbly cheese crust.
2. Haricots Verts Almondine
French green beans sauteed with butter and slivered almonds,
finished with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Tarte Tatin
An upside-down caramelised apple tart made with flaky pastry and served warm. Accompanied by a dollop of fresh cream
